<p>a new annoyance brought about by working at a customer service desk: suburban housewives. by that, I mean the ones dragging around 3 brat kids while they're pregnant with a fourth, not caring about their little darlings wrecking stuff in the store.</p>
<p>it totally rules when they come up to the front desk griping about something or other. suddenly every glitch in the store system is my fault. and even if they weren't overcharged and nothing went wrong, it's still all my fault.</p>
