It says MIT hasn't processed my Secondary School Report, but they downloaded it?

Is this an error in application tracking? It says on the Evaluations Portal that my secondary school report has been submitted and downloaded by MIT. However, on the application tracking part of the application page, it says that MIT has not processed it.

Should I contact them just to make sure they really did receive it?

On this blog ( <a href=“The Early Action deadline is almost here | MIT Admissions”>http://mitadmissions.org/blogs/entry/the-early-action-deadline-is-almost-here</a> ) it says that it takes 5 business days to process between ApplyWithUs. If your page on AWU says that it is downloaded, but your MyMIT Dashboard does not yet, I wouldn’t worry. You can always email them this next week sometime if you’re really worried, but you got your EA Application in (I would assume.) Kick back and relax on this one until that second week in December. Good luck to you!

@Trevruns‌ Yeah, I just saw that blog post! Thank you :)

The above linked blogpost of Oct 31 says the following:
“Financial Aid is a different office, fax number, and email. We realize their fax machine is busy today - please try over the weekend or next week. Late receipt of financial aid materials will not have any affect at all on your QB or EA application.”
The MIT website says that the FA deadline if Feb 15 for all applicants (RD and EA). am I missing something?

No, you don’t need to have submitted FA forms for EA. It’s possible that note is there for QuestBridge applicants, but I’m not sure.

If the secondary school report was submitted through Naviance five days ago (it was submitted Thursday) and has not been processed yet, should I be concerned, or could it just be taking a little longer? I understand lots of things were submitted recently, I just want to make sure I’m all done with all the things I need to take care of.

Don’t worry about it – it’s almost certainly just due to the large number of forms they need to log. Typically in the past, it’s taken the admissions office two to three weeks to process everything (although hopefully it will be faster this year with the switch to online LORs), and they’ll contact you if there’s a piece of your application missing when they’re done processing.
