Well, i am applying to transfer to uva, and cannot understand its essay questions. sorry about my english...
one of their supplement essay questions in commonapp is
2. describe your activites during periods of time (other than summer vacations) when you were not enrolled in college. Do you plan to spend the spring term away from your current college or university? if the answer to either of these questions is yes, please describe, in chronological order, your activities or employment during these periods.

Are they asking the activities in HS? or are they asking from the time graduated from HS and not enrolled in University, and not the summer vacation in that period...?
What should I write about it?
I just feel like writting NA...

It looks like they want to know what activities and jobs you did over college breaks (Christmas and spring break) and any other times (excluding summers) when you weren't in school. I think this question applies mostly to non-traditional students who may have extensive periods of time when they weren't attending school and were instead working, traveling, etc. You could mention any jobs, traveling, volunteering, enrichment programs, etc. that you did during those periods of time.

so..."when you were not enrolled in college." means the time when I am a college student and not taking courses(winter bread.etc). right?
seems nothing special to write...

If your applying for UVA that essay is only for students who took a semester off or left school and came back. If you've been in school and haven't taken any time off, then you don't need to answer that question.
