wait, whats UVM??

regardless, I think Ithaca is a really nice overall school

Congrats to your son!

UVM = University of Vermont

-Both schools for business are equally undistinguished.
-Obvously not sure about UVMs facilities, but ICs b-school is brand new
-Both schools are equally not in big business areas. So doing an internship somewhere else makes the most sense. He could do it during the summer or during the semester (perhaps through the Washington or London programs) or just on his own.
-Study abroad, obviously both have decent opportunities. I wouldn't make a big deal about this unless there is somewhere specific he wants to go. Ithaca is very liberal about letting students do programs that aren't affiliated with IC if he found a different study abroad program.
-Ithaca has Skiing as a club sport, and also a skiing course that students can take
