hey everyone! i was just wondering if anyone else is apprehensive about facing the snow up at Cornell?

I am!!
i live in southern cali, and when i visited cornell during spring break, it was freezing! it even snowed a little. the students there said that that wasnt typical april weather, but still! im going to have to stock up on winter clothes before i go.
but are there any good clothing stores in the ithaca area?
(i visited berkely recently, and there was an american apparel store and urban outfitters near campus)

I've lived for 13years in Eastern Europe, the first few of which were REALLY snowy. (The past few haven't though). Snow is annoying, cold winter is annoying, but overall, I think it's not going to be such a problem. I'm talking about all students as, before I moved, I lived in the south of France. And there was definitely no snow there, but a warm weather during the winter.
