ithaca college a good school? I can get in through tennis there, but would eventually want to transfer to psu up…

I don't know the specifics on Ithaca College. Perhaps someone else will answer now that I'm bumping this up.

What I would say though is that there are about 3500 4-year colleges in the US. Of these, Tier 1 means about the top 20-30 colleges, Tier 2 means the next 50-80, and Tier 3 means the next 150-250. Thus, the top three tiers only include the top 10% of the colleges. The vast bulk of US colleges are not that hard to get into and many just require a high school diploma. I think that I can say that the admissions strategy for top high school students, particularly the ones at CC, is to try to get into the most prestigious college possible that is a fit for them personally. My point is that I can't answer your question very well since it depends on too many unknowns. Ithaca could be a great college and perfectly suited for you, but "good" is a relative term around here.

I don't know about where Ithaca ranks in general terms, but it is one of the best schools for the musical theatre major, and has one of the top music programs in the country, from what I understand.
