I don't have a SS# because my family is still waiting for our green cards. Can I use an ITN number instead of a SS number for my AP or PSAT and SAT tests?

I think ITN numbers come with like Visas, which I have.

Nope. From [here](<a href=“Individual Taxpayer Identification Number | Internal Revenue Service”>Individual Taxpayer Identification Number | Internal Revenue Service):

But you don’t need to put a SSN on your APs/SATs anyway.

You don’t but you will be getting it later than you should. I didn’t feel like filling in the bubbles on the test date and it ended up being later.

Not a real big deal of time - a couple of days - but you won’t be able to talk with your friends about the scores at the same time.

So this also means that I can’t use my ITIN for FAFSA, right?

I would assume so, based on what is found on the [FAFSA eligibility FAQ](http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/faq003.htm):

And from [this document](http://www.elgin.edu/uploadedFiles/Faculty_and_Staff/Projects_and_Committees/pdf/GuideHSCounselors_Parent.pdf):

You should also call 1-800-4-FED-AID (1-800-433-3243), which is the the customer service number for the FAFSA, for additional help or an official answer to your question.
