<p>Cumulative Unweighted GPA: 87.1 on a 100 scale (through junior year)
*My school does not weight grades or rank students
*Since sophomore year there's been an upward trend in grades: 89 GPA fresh year, 85 GPA soph year, 87 GPA junior year, 92 GPA so far this year (almost done with first semester)</p>
<p>Course Rigor: All honors classes and two AP classes
*I attend a selective magnet school in NJ
*Most students are not allowed to take any APs until junior year. All non-AP classes are taught at the honors (accelerated) level
*Senior Year course load: AP Bio, AP Gov't, (college level) anatomy & physiology II, honors calculus, honors English IV, honors psychology, fitness/health IV, and a (college level) EMT class</p>
<p>Extra Curricular Activities:
-Student Movement Against Cancer <a href="School%20Representative/Chair,%202%20years">helps raise money and organize my school's annual relay for life event</a>
-Yearbook Club (Senior Editor/Advertising Manager, 2 years)

<p>*My English teacher says I have a great common app essay. I think the supplements are pretty good too. I have good recommendations as well.</p>

<p>GPA and scores are good for BU, though not ideal for GT. However, as a URM at a selective school, there isn’t quite so much cause for concern. ECs are solid, as is your courseload.</p>
<p>I think you have a good shot at BU!
GW may be a bit more of a reach only because of your scores, but everything else looks good so you may be ok! </p>
