<p>Some of my schools say that they do not have my parents tax documents.... when I send them via registered receipt mail a week ago... and I have the receipts.</p>
<p>Could it be that my forms are in a bin of mail, they simply haven't opened it yet?</p>

<p>I assume you put your name and school ID # on the top of each page of your parents tax docs? If you did, they are probably there waiting to be sorted and filed. Most colleges are overwhelmed this year by the number of applicants.</p>
<p>If you have tracking documents saying it arrived, give it a few weeks and then call FA directedly. You can prove the docs arrived prior to the deadline.</p>
<p>^^ Yes! I put my name etc. on everything, and they also have all the information on my coversheets.</p>
