It's okay to just send out my transciprt and the report, right?

<p>I'm probably going to send out my transcript and my secondary high school report tomorrow. However, USC wants the students to the forms made by USC. Is it necessary to do so? My school has its own form. Am I required to also fill out the forms that USC gives us?</p>

No, you do not have to use the USC forms. Your school forms will be fine for form 3 and form 7.</p>

<p>As stated, the custom usc fax forms are only used if you fax in the transcripts yourself. They are not necessary if an official transcript is sent to USC direct from your college or high school.</p>
