its that time again...the THIRD test.....

Well...on Wednesday...at 8am.....the final exam......the course that I fear failing.....I was given a D for the first exam due to the curve and I got a C+ on the second exam due to the curve....now it's tiem for the final.

I am scared! I wanna crawl into a dark hole and pretend like its all just a nightmare.....

He DID give us a study guide though, whihc I think helped a lot when it came to the second test. I will be studying it...though its kinda hard to do when you have three other finals to worry about.....

Anyway, he said he'd try to have the results posted by the end of the week so we'll see what happens. I will check back in after the exam to let you know how I think I did and I will then follow up with the score once I get it.

If I'm "lucky" I'll end up with a C in this course...I just hope I don't fail it. :-(

If I can get a C or higher on this exam, I'll be in good shape. :-)

good luck!!

If you study hard enough then you should have no fear in the first place.

what class is that? My advice: Do not fear, have some confidence in yourself.

Good luck!

its apsych class. sensation and perception. bleh...but this part of the term was more interesting than the previous two parts. we went over the auditory system....but it was still dry...just not as dry as it was before. i'll be soooo glad when i am done with these stupid science reqs! :-)

I find that mental preparation counts for a lot. If I go into a test thinking, "I'll never do well", I don't.

Think positive.

think positive....you'd think that's the first thing you learn in a psych class.

I have that test today and thursday at 2pm. Both are classes that I'm barely getting by in and I don't know what I'll do if I fail either exam. I'm hoping for a C in both, but that will be a miracle!

Let us know how it turned out.

well....the test is tomorrow. we'll see what happens. I am sweatin' bullets......and eatin pizza. then after a study session, I am going to bed and will set every alarm i have to make sure i get up on time. Hopefully it won't be nearly as bad as it seems. I'll check in sometime tomorrow.

Good luck.

I'm getting up early tomorrow even though I don't need to so I can begin training for getting up at 7:30 the next two days afterwards. I'm so bad about getting up time so I'll need to have two alarms and possible wake up calls in case. =P

Although I hate to admit it, your attitude can definitely affect your performance on an exam. However, a good attitude with little preparation is bad too. As a senior in engineering I tend to study more than I really have to in order to counterbalance my extremely negative attitude towards school and more specifically, exams. I would prefer to be spending my time doing projects and reports, not problems sets and worthless exams. I am the kind of person that doesn't do well on exams that deviates far from the style of the homework. If the exam is significantly different or harder than the problem sets, I won't do well.

the test is in one hour! bring it on! :-)

Now that's a better attitude to have!

Good luck!

I got one today at 7 PM myself. Time to cram some more, haha.

Stupid tests.

I have an oral exam in Materials Science today at 3. I like oral exams better than written exams, but still. Eww.

well hope yall do well on your tests.

I did mine this morning and...wow...i don't even know what to say about that one. I can't even speculate. Again some of the questions I found to be kinda tricky...while others I knew right away. Some stuff I just had no idea and other things I kinda was unsure but could at least narrow the choices down.

I will find out my score later.....not sure if it will be this week or sometime next week. I don't even want to think about it...I am just glad it's over!

I can say this though....I feel better about this test than I do about the first test (that I got a D on) but I am not quite as comfortable with it as I was on the second test (which I got a C on) so i just don't know whats gonna happen.

Oh well...live and learn....now time to focus on my last exam. I'll bump this thread once I find out what happened.

Ah done studying. Now I need to study for my 8 am exam tomorrow morning. And then look over what I already studied again for Friday's 8 am exam, lol. -_-

Hope ya did well bonafide20.

well....my instincts were correct....i did better than i did on the first exam but ended up getting one point BELOW what i got on the second exam.....BUT that still gives me a passing grade of C on the test....so that makes 2 Cs and a D.....so my prediction is a C in the course...but I will know my grade in the course sometime tomorrow. I am relieved to say the least.....but also kinda disappointed because after seeing all the other grades in the class (all grades posted by student number) i see that most people did better than me....grrrr. I think overall most people did better on this exam than the first two. I could have done better, I know that for a fact....BUT it's over and I won't have to make the class up!!! WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good job! (+chars)

Not bad. Not bad at all.
