congratulations, Long :D
"o*? hien
ga.p lanh
" is what they always say :D (sorry... can't translate :P)

C'est la Vie ! :D Sailormoon ! Daisuki :D

I strongly believe hlvietlong would love Lafayette the most among the US colleges because there are many Vietnamese girls in that college. :p

Well, but I've already got one :D

Wow, you're so lucky. One US college and one girlfriend.:D
I'm jealous with you. ;)

Hehe congrats Giang ! MHC is definitely the best place for you (and for me, unfortunately I cannot :D)

Congrats giangLe. :D

Harvard admission decisions are in ! Did you get accepted, miaoling?

I got rejected by HY and Williams, oh well!! SIGH!!!

Same here. You, HiLine?

I got rejected by Dartmouth n Williams too :D

I'm gonna take a gap year.

I observed that all gap-year takers did get in somewhere. Just look around VietAbroader and see for yourself;)

Thanks, that's why I am going to take a gap year. ;)
Maybe not a true gap year; I will study in a Vietnamese university.

Anyone planning to go or got accepted to UC schools. What do you guy think of UCSD.
Is there anyone watching a korean drama calls "GOONG/Princess Hours" ?
It is so HAY

ln17, normally Vietnamese students living in Vietnam do not apply to UCs because those colleges do not offer much financial aid to international students.
I've never heard about such a drama. Has anyone watched it?
Just curious, who taught you that word? :D

UCSD ranks quite high in the World Univ Ranking. Unfortunately the college is not so generous

Hlvietlong, what do you mean by not so generous, are you talking about financial aid? where do you live in the US or Vietnam. If you live in Vietnam, how do you learn English so well.
HiLine, I sometimes read comic books and this is one of my favorites it is so funny. It is titled "Goong",I know that it means palace after you read the author's note on the back cover. The story is very good and intersting. I was soo happy when they decided to make a drama out of this. It is strange that you never heard of this because it is considered one of popular dramas in ASIA right now. When I talk to other Vietnameses they all said that they either read the book or seen the drama. If you have a chance watch it online it is so FUNNY!!!!

So you're in love with Korean comedy, ln17 :D Well Korean films are now dominating Vietnamese movie theatres right now :D So you'll get a lot of chances to see them when coming to VN :D
About the UCSD, yeah I mean it does not give so much financial aid, which is what we Vietnam-based applicants need :D We (me, giangLe, HiLine) are all currently living in Vietnam :D
Don't be surprised by our English as Vietnam is so open now. Thus, we are free to access the Internet and learn whatever we want (after completing all the school requirements) :D

@HiLine: Still waiting for your good news :) I believe you can make it! :)

Thanks, hlvietlong. Everything I could do I have done. There's nothing I can make now. Today is the April Fool's Day. No letter or e-mail has appeared yet.
ln17, Korean movies are not to my liking. Even movies in general. :D
