It's time for Vietnamese thread !!!

If you live in Oxford, I think we might know eachother. I came for the interview but they stupidly turned me down. If I'am not mistaken, I think you the one from Hanoi-Amsterdam Hichschool.

Very good attempt to counterattack me :D
Indeed, I was an Amser. And probably, I know through what channel you got that shocking-seeming bit of info :D

PS: I am not "the one" ;) I don't think a definite article is appropriate here :D

Indeed, are you trying to say you are not the only Amser in there?

hey hey...we can't let our beloved thread evaporate...keep writing (whatever :D ) guys...

hey pooka...have you talked to Mrs Hayes? oh tell her that, her economics knowledge is very helpful and practical because it helped me a lot wif ....econ model of love/relationship :D :p

good luck guys...

now i'm wondering if you found that stuff or created it. hm, you did say "my model" last time :P

Ly, I found that model on Internet...I made it very clear from the very beginning of that thread on VA :)

Frankly, the structure of this model is very simple and straightforward but the hardest part is that you need to have experience/knowledge about love and relationship to know which variables should be put in - something I am still learning from you :p. But I'll try to design one dedicated to Vnese ladies :p

VN go!!!!!!

can't let this thread be buried
Oh, the incredibles, i found ur post on the econ. model of love a bit difficult to digest, prob coz i have neither the knowledge nor the experience :p
Btw, i've been meaning to ask this, b4 u went to the US, did u get immunized here in the UK? Where/how did u do it?

Immunization is VERY expensive in UK (at least 300 quid I believe), and it is not covered by NHS. U can check with the one on Birdhurst Ave (go down the hill, cross the road, and u'll see a small medical unit on ur left). Anyway, I did all this stuff in Vietnam :) r u going back VN?

abt the love thingy, i dont believe u :p, especially the experience part :p

Thanks a lot ^^ I am definitely going back to VN (i didn't last summer)
The thing is Smith wants the health form by June 15. I'm thinking of emailing them and asking for an extension of the deadline. Do u think it's possible? Did u not have the same prob with Bates?

It's amazing how u still remember the name of the road, btw.

Geeze, i always forgot. Mrs Hayes said "hello" to you :D She thought u went to Brown, lol. She also said st about u going to China for ur course and then coming back to the States. Did u?

oh, immunization :(
I am so pathetic. I went to the center the other day to be immunized against ho ga`, bach hau (who cares about their E names :P) and now I'm having allergic rash. My face is swollen and my eyes are red as if I were crying. It's like a joke. I never knew that you could be allergic to vaccine

@theincredibles: how did you do it?

@pooka: when you come to Smith, please ask them if you can invite a friend (me :D) over for convocation :)

@huongly: i sure will ;)
Ur scaring me, there's no way i can take the vaccines and bring allergic rash with me into the exams room. Aw, i hate this, why is the US govt so strict on this?

@pooka:
-thanks for sending my words to Mrs. Hayes. I dont know where she got the Brown news from ^_^....ahhhh I miss her, Mrs. Lau, Mr. Coombe :D, Mr. Hurter...sweet times :)
-guess what, the only road in Croydon I remember is Birdhurst Avenue :) ..............largely because I lived on that road for almost two years :D
-I think you should have no problem asking for an extension :)

@ly: thanks for your kind words, again. It was a tough trip - NYC in 24 hours! I went okay..waiting for the results <nervous></nervous>

hey hey...i'm a newcomer...intend to apply for some US uni...have no idea where to start

bump
not an international student but vietnamese...

I thought it had been dead long :D So there is still some bumper around :D

Why has this thread been so quiet for nearly two months?:((Where are you all?I am an indigenous Vietnamese who needs help from you. :((

watzzzup man? It's kinda sad here..noone wants to share a single thing...But what can I help you?

Nice to see you here, nloven :),I hate being lonely :D.What have you prepared for the admission process so far, nloven?
