<p>The university of Toronto requires an English proof test since my first language is not English. Thus, I took the IELTS test and I mailed its score to the address. However after that I realized that they mentioned that it must be sent electronically from the testing service.
Now the problem is, I went to the British council to send it "Electronically". However the test service can't send it by this way. only by shipping.
What should I do?????? Please help me!!!</p>
