IU as a safety?

<p>I love IU. It's an amazing campus, with great academics; and if I go I'll most likely be majoring in Journalism--which I heard is very strong at IU.</p>

<p>I also saw that IU accept 88% of their applicants. Does this still hold true today? How hard is it to get in? What kind of SAT scores, gpa, and essays do you need?</p>

<p>Not 88%, but its still pretty easy. 3.0 GPA is good enough. Not sure about SAT, but its pretty easy.</p>

<p>Oh, and not only do you not have to do essays, they don't even ask about ecs</p>
