I am absolutely new to this forum, so if I make any silly newbie mistakes, please forgive me. As the title suggests, this post is about the Kelly School of Business. (In fact, I am completing the application for IU at this very instance.) I will most probably attend IU, if I am DIRECTLY admitted into Kelly that is. The problem that stops me from being a direct admit is my SAT, which is 1250 (670M + 580CR), 20 points below the requirement of 1270. Even though I have poor SAT scores, I earned a 4.0/4.0 unweighted GPA and 4.09/4.3 weight GPA - (I know my school does weird weighting.) Also, I am in the 10% of my graduating class of 350+ students. I am quite active at my school, being part of a wide variaties of clubs from sport to community service to interest-based, some of which I manage. I am aware that there is a petition option mentioned in IU's admission page, but I am petrified that I will still be rejected from Kelly after filing for petition. Can someone tell me the odds with said grades and test scores? Keep in mind I am an international student from Vietnam, studying/will graduate from an U.S. high school.</p>
