IU Bloomington

I really want to get into Indiana University-Bloomington but I'm not sure if my grades will be quite good enough. Going into my senior year, my weighted GPA is around a 3.3, and my SAT is a 1690.

Some of my classes last year included Honors Pre calculus, AP US History, Chemistry, Spanish 3, English 11, and ACP intro to business. Next year I'm taking ACP Speech, ACP Comp, ACP calculus, and Physics, so I'm not taking blow off classes.

I have a few extra curricular activities like 2 years basketball, 4 years track, school ambassador, youth group, and working for 2 years. But, I heard that IU isn't that concerned with extra curriculars (which i'm not sure is true?)

I also want to get into the Kelly school of business, but I know that is even more of a long shot. Just wondering if i have a chance of getting in, or if I should look more at other places. Thanks!

you should be fine

very likely you will get into Indiana U but not a “direct admit” into the Kelley School of Business. I think you need a 1270 for math and reading combined, plus a 3.7 gpa in order to be directly admitted into that business school.
