I know that IU has rolling admission but is direct admit to Kelley rolling as well? In other words, will I have a better chance of being a direct admit the earlier I get my application in?
I believe direct admit is solely based on meeting the required GPA and Test score. If you exceed both, you are in. Timing does not matter…You can even get into kelly after admission to IU if you reach the minimum after you have applied…
IU does emphasize getting all application materials in by Nov 1st if interested in direct admission to a program. Also, that date is important for maximin scholarship consideration.
Both of the above posts are correct. Make sure to apply by November 1!
@iubaccounting If I send all my test materials by nov 1st but send an addition test score that is much higher (taking the Oct 22 ACT), will I still be eligible for maximum scholarship consideration (and will they use the high test score that I submit later)?
@ZBlue17 Yes. They will consider your October ACT and you’ll be eligible for max scholarship consideration as long as you apply by November 1.
