accepted to IU on 12/10*
IU admission was 12/24 but did the petition per a recommendation on 11/28…the suspense is too much…

maybe there are different tracks for OOS vs. IS? I am OOS and seem to be in the group who is still waiting.
Applied to IU in late October and was accepted on 1/16;
Submitted Petition on 12/11… still waiting for an answer… Kelley Admissions confirmed I will hear by 2/12.
Stats: 30 ACT, 3.4 UW GPA

Yeah, I’m in the same boat as you. I just want to get my letter and stop the suspense lol.

My daughter did not receive any written confirmation of receipt. She called, and they stated that they have everything. However, I am now concerned. I am surprised that they do not at least send an auto-confirmation via email or otherwise show receipt in the student portal.

We received a confirmation email. It stated we would get a decision by TODAY and nothing. I think we need to manage our expectations of the dates. Based on others GPA’s and stats, I think we fall square in the middle so I don’t know what to expect. I’ll post as soon as we hear one way or another. Best wishes!
From what I’ve seen decisions have come out every Thursday at around 11am CT. I was accepted to IU 12/10 and submitted my petition 11/14 and am still waiting to hear back.

Are the bulk of the letters sent out at this time?

It’s sent to the personal email account. At this point, nothing you can do but just wait till the 12th. I’m sure a lot of students will get in, they accepted 60 percent of petitions last year.
me and all my friends have gotten our emails only on Thursdays around 11am-2pm CST
