I have yet to take the Math Placement test and Foreign Lang test. I got a 5 on Calc AB, so that means I am exempt from taking the Math Placement Exam (https://best.indiana.edu/services/testing/mandatory.html). But here’s the thing, I am majoring in Biotechnology, so I think I may have to take the chemistry placement test as well. I got a 4 on AP Chem, which replaces CHEM-C 101 (You need a 5 for CHEM-C 117). The page I linked to also says that “If you plan to enroll in CHEM-C 117, CHEM-S 117, MATH-T 101, or EDUC-N 101, you must take the Online Math Placement Exam regardless of your intended area of study.” So, just to verify, should I go ahead and take the Math Placement Test?
So since I am doing a science major, I am guessing I have to chemistry placement exam as well? Then my other question is, where can I find out if my AP Chem score of 4 puts me in any sort of exemption if I take the Chem Placement Exam?
