Once they know that number and know the total expenses they plan, they plug the hole with tuition and OOS will usually be hit harder. If you don’t like it look around–most cost as much or more OOS. This year 5-7% is very much in line. Washington is going up 16%. Cal schools–maybe 20%+</p>
