Has anyone gotten accepted and waitlisted and Indiana University Bloomington!? With a 24 act and a 3.6 gpa with numerous extracurriculars and community service I thought I would for sure get in! Approximately what percentage of students who get accepted to Big 10 schools actually end up going there? I have a interview coming up and have been sending postcards in once every 2 weeks so hopefully that will help my cause...what do you guys think?

and or/waitlisted AT Indiana University .... Sorry I was a little roused up when typing this, the whole situation is very irritating

IU gets a ton of applicants and for the past few years, they have been forced to turn away qualified applicants because of the overflow of applications. are you in-state? did you apply early? late? i'm planning on applying early this fall so i have better luck with the admissions process.

The number of students that actually end up attending a Big Ten school after acceptance will vary from school to school.

According to a recent article in the Indiana Daily Student about 1 in 3 applicants will be removed from the waitlist at IU.

I am out of state, and I applied in early November, so relatively early.
