MHC is part of a consortium (as is Bryn Mawr). The consortium in MA includes MHC, Smith (also all women), Hampshire, U Mass Amherst and Amherst College. They are all connected by a free circulating bus. MHC is more isolated than the other 4. It also attracts a large international population and does offer merit-based scholarships.
