I've been rejected to basically every school I've applied to... Chance me on what I have left?

I’m really living my worst nightmare right now…
It’s really odd that I keep getting rejected only because my friends with similar stats are being admitted. Is it because I didn’t send in any of my SAT IIs? Maybe it’s because I applied to the business schools?

Anyway, I’ve already been rejected to most of my schools: Boston College, Northeastern, Northwestern, NYU.
Accepted to: Rutgers, Fordham, Pace (mostly safeties)

I have Villanova (deferred), Boston University, Barnard, and George Washington University left. Any chance in getting into those?

And here are my stats

I’m trying to see if there’s any chance maybe i’ll get accepted into barnard…i’ve applied for their theater program… huh we’ll see.

Well, first of all, friends being admitted with similar stats just proves the point: it is NOT all about grades and scores- obviously ecs, essays and recs also matter.

Second, you are 4 no, 3 yes and 1 maybe - that is not “basically every school” you applied to!

Third, Northwestern and NYU Stern were always a reach for you (your test scores are in the bottom 25%).

Fourth, of course there is a chance of getting in to your remaining options- but lucky you, you have 3 strong options to choose from already

Barnard may be tough, but you have a good shot at GW, Villanova, BU. Good luck

hey! we applied to basically the same schools. I got rejected / wait listed from all of them too :-??
