I'm finished with standardized tests. Yay! I notched a 1350 on the December SAT. I know that I'm dumb, but it puts me within the middle 50% of my top choices atleast. Getting a 30 on the December ACT would finish my test-taking career quite nicely. I know that those scores are relatively low, but I would be proud of myself to finish up with those nice, round scores.

I'm done! Now it's time to send in my applications and play the waiting game.

I scored 100 points higher as well. Everything was riding on the December SAT for me. I'm now within the middle 50% or better for every college except the VERY, VERY best and I'm not applying to those anyway.

I really don't think that Vanderbilt, Emory, or especially UC Berkeley are safeties. You might want to look at some "safer" schools, because the ones you have listed are far from a sure thing.

yeah i agree with calidan... getting into vanderbilt with a 1350 is not easy and Emory you need to show commitment to the school so even amazing scores dont always help...and UC Berkeley, if you are out-of-state you need much higher scores to consider it a safety, which even then you could not do...some safties would be penn state, clemson, maybe more state schools

omniscient ur really really annoying. stop that stupid "jerod" thing at the end of your post. now your putting it as "herod." ridiculous

Or it might be his name.

Yeah, I think UC Berkeley might not be a safety with a 1350, but it depends on what else you've got in your profile. Good work on finally defeating the serpent that is the SAT!

Gonna agree. I have like 100 pts on top of your SAT score, and Berkeley is not a safety for me. I mean you have a decent chance of getting in, but saying that the number 1 public institution in the nation is your safety school is just plain dumb.
