No, I'm not gonna continue to miss out on everything because my school is so inefficient. This summer I'm gonna do AoPS, Halliday, Atkins, and Campbell's until I can only see numbers and diagrams.

Who else is going to join me on my quest for All-USA status?

Probably not too many people, but oh well. Olympiads FTMFW.

I would... but my school doesn't 'offer' any olympiads except Chemistry... and you can only compete in the USNCO if you're currently in AP Chem.

Yeah. Try not to be a complete recluse, piccolo - colleges like prospective students to be capable of human interaction, too - and you can't turn humans into numbers and diagrams.

BTW 1of42 this should have probably gone in with the PM but I don't have counter strike and I haven't played videogames since metal gear online's server got shut down :(

My county has like 12 schools nationally ranked in the top and they've never heard of these things. Honestly, neither have I, until I came to this website. But good luck anyways.

since i, like most people(not people on this forum), don't even know what "olympiads" are or what purpose they serve, no i didn't know that it would not be something you would put on your transcript.

What books are good for studying for the USNCO?

And I'm going to try that, USACO, and the USAMO again next year. USABO and USAPhO would just be too much. And it's not as if I'm actually good at this stuff anyways.
