<p>That throughout the forum that I've rarely seen anyone give scores lower than maybe, 2000 O<em>o It kinda makes me feel stupid to wander around this forum when so many people are apparently so much smarter than I. Anyone else share the sentiment? x</em>x</p>

<p>It's probably a combination of both factors. This place is pretty insane though, the mean SAT score has to be at least 2100...:p</p>

<p>yeah...no joke somebody actually made fun of my 2120 in October with some insanely critical remarks. I was like...you do know that like EIGHT questions separated me from 2400? and that i'm like 98th percentile?!</p>
<p>Also, a lot of the people on CC are trying to get into Ivies. I see all of these amazing people posting stats with 800s on all of their SAT IIs and a 2390 SAT I, a 35 ACT, etc. Obviously, these kids are the cream of the crop. I mean, if you weren't driven and college bound, why the heck would you come to this site? I get kinda intimidated because my Fiske guide says only 14,000 kids nationwide apply to a certain school and I feel like there are so many on CC that that number couldn't possibly be high enough. People who aren't high achievers or who want to go to community college or get low scores don't want to talk about Standford or Dartmouth. That's why the scores here seem so ridiculously high all of the time.</p>
<p>I know PLENTY of people who scored below 2000. If you are in the 2000s and have a high GPA, I'm sure you will find your way into a college of best fit. Good luck to you all and don't worry about super high stats. Who even says they're true? But hey, if you can't beat them, study your butt off and join them!(-;</p>
<p>I scored lower than 2000. It's okay though, I'm not reaching for any insanely selective colleges.</p>
