Ivies and MIT?

I am looking for information regarding what the best schools I am easily capable of getting into are and ones that are reaches. I haven’t chosen any specific schools because I don’t know what I’m capable of getting into. I’m really only looking at schools on/near the East coast. I would especially like to know my chances at the Ivies and MIT. I know they're a reach for everyone, but am I completely missing the mark? I just finished my junior year, but I have enough classes (24) to graduate now if I would like to, but I haven’t decided that’s the best choice. Here’s my info:

Female, Caucasian, US Resident

I go to school online.

Objective:

SAT I: 2100 680CR, 720M, 700W (will take again)

SAT II: Math I: 770
Math II: 790

GPA: 3.8 u/w, no weighted. Out of 4.0

Rank: N/A The school I go to is self paced therefore we’re not grouped in classes.

AP: I’ve only taken 3 tests whose scores I placed in parenthesis, but I’ve listed what AP classes I’ve taken- English Literature, English Language, U.S. History, World History (5), U.S. Government, Economics (5), Computer Science, Art History, Spanish, Calculus AB, Statistics (5), Physics B, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Chemistry, and I also plan to take the Calculus BC test.

Course load: 7 college prep classes only b/c they weren’t offered in H or AP, 3 honors, 14.5 AP classes, currently considering dual enrollment.

Awards: Not much other than Honors and I’m taking the PSAT this coming year (for the first time) and hoping to be a National Merit Scholar, but no guarantees.

Subjective:

I’m very passionate about horseback riding and have been doing it for the past 14 years.

Extracurricular: Book Club Member (2009-current), currently starting a new club, United States Pony Club Member (1997-current), United States Eventing Association Member (2003-current), Local Horseback Riding Club Member (2003-current).

Job/Work Experience: Exercising/caring for horses for the past 5 years working 13 hrs. a week. Occasional pet sitting.

Volunteer: Local Horseback Riding Club (2003-current), Local Horseback Riding Trail Association (2003-current), Local Foxhunting Club horse related, Local Therapeutic Horseback Riding School (2009-current), Local Nature Center (2003-current), Local Library (2009-current).

Awards: HA rating in Pony Club (next to highest achievement in Pony Club), competitor at United States Area Eventing Championships, United States Eventing Championships (National) competitor, and United States Pony Club Championships competitor.

What I view as my drawbacks: Not much in the way of academic awards, no clear leadership shown (though there is A LOT of leadership involved in Pony Club in having to instruct younger kids, but the admissions office probably won’t know that), I would also like a higher SAT score. What else needs work?

Thanks so much for any advice.

Also, if it makes a difference, I am wanting to double major in math and computer science.

How can you take the PSAT after your Junior year, we took it 2 months ago and got our scores, Take as many AP EXams as you think you will do well (4 or 5) on. Overall the ivies might like your status as a home/online schooled student, but you must do well on your SAT/ SAT II and APs in order to show them that you are competitive for them.

Find some community service activities, but your pony stuff can do alright if you show them that you are really dedicated to it, and talk about it in your essays, for if they want nationally ranked athletes, musicians, why not pony riders? lol

Only juniors are eligible for National Merit Scholarships.

Sorry, I made that somewhat confusing. Techincally I should be just starting my second semester as a SOPHMORE, but because I have taken advanced courses and because of the number of courses I’ve taken, I’m classified as a Junior at my school. Therefore this will be my last year of high school, IF I want to graduate early. And according to [National Merit Scholarship Corporation - Entering the Competitions](http://www.nationalmerit.org/entering.php#when) I can take the PSAT the last year of highschool if I graduate a year early.
