Ivies etc

Hi, I'm currently a junior, and I'm wondering how good a shot I have at my prospective schools. I'm thinking of applying to the Ivies, Yale especially, but I also may like liberal arts colleges, so Amherst or Williams, or Swarthmore. Maybe Bryn Mawr even. Here're my stats

class rank: 2/400
QPA: 4.5 weighted, 4.0 unweighted
SAT: 2250, took them once
SAT II Literature: 800
SAT II World History: 740
SAT II Bio (ecological):730
SAT II German: 620 (ouch, but I hadn't had the class for several months when I took it, and its good enough for language requirement credit, so I'll deal.

Extracurriculars:
National Honor society (12)
French club (9-12, president next year)
Debate (9-12, secretary this year, president next)
Big Brothers Big Sisters next year
philosophical discussion group, charter member (11-12)
Model UN, with a few awards at conferences (11-12)
These don't really matter, since I stopped participating, but I did Newspaper and a science competition where I did well at the state level in ninth grade
Various Tutoring for AP World History, 9th grade English, and German

I am organizing a pretty impressive event with some politicians (with 2 US congressmen and a state senator)
for select student from about 10 local Highschools.

Awards:
National Merit High scorer
qualified to compete at states for debate
Alternate to national debate tounament
First place at a German competition
Social studies student of the year award
several MUN awards

My summers:
between 10th and 11th grade I did CTY
between 11th and 12th grade I'm taking for-credit college courses at Johns Hopkins. As it's looking, I'll get As in both of them.

Teacher recs: One will be absolutely amazing. The other will be quite good. I'll also get a supplemental one from a John Hopkins prof in the class I'm taking now which I love.

Essay: should be good.

AP scores/classes
World history:5
US history:4 (darn)
Econ, micro and macro: (taking next year)
US gov (taking)
Euro (taking)

Calc AB:4
Calc BC: 4 with a 5 on the AB section...I'm not much of a math person
Statistics: 5

Biology: 5
Environmental sciences (taking)

English language: 5
English literature (taking)

German (Taking)

Thanks for the help :)

good job on SAT literature. you are among one of two in the nation to attain that score (hyperbole much?)

solid chances everywhere. however, you don't stand out for anything really. i say you are into top LACs and lower ivies. reject by HYPS

You've got solid scores, including APs. You're in at Bryn Mawr. But Amherst, Williams, and Swarthmore are all high matches, maybe low reaches, because of your lack luster ECs (quitting things never looks good).

The Ivies are all reaches. If you really want Yale, then apply. But you'll need to write a good essay and have great recs from teacher who say more than 'Student X showed up and got an A'.
