Ivies with no loan financial aid policies

I know there are threads about this but schools often change their policies and the ones that already exist are a bit out of date.

So, what Ivy League schools (or other top schools, for that matter) have no loan aka only grant financial aid?

So far I only know of Princeton and Penn

Wouldn’t it be easier to check the 8 web sites than wait for an answer here?

All Ivies claim to meet 100% of “demonstrated need” without making the student/parents take out unsubsidized loans.

Of course, what the school thinks you and your parents can pay… and what you actually can or want to pay… sometimes do not match.

@Erin’s Dad, wouldn’t it be easier to just not write anything than to reply with such an utterly useless comment?

DD (for the most part) only applied to full need/no loan schools. This was something that was extremely important when she fashioned her list. I guess it also depends on your EFC. Yale, Amherst, Williams, Smith, Stanford…I believe there is a list on Newsweeks website. I’m sure others will chime in. I might be wrong about the schools I’ve listed. Would anyone like to correct me?

I hope this helps…I bet the list is always evolving. Do your homework!

Cornell - loan with family income>75K, Brown & Dartmouth >100K. Size of loan usually based on sliding scale.
The rest of Ivies are loan-free.

Uncalled for. Research skills are important in college. This is a good chance to sharpen yours. And once you have your answers, you can post here for the benefit of others.

Agree with middkid86. Payback is a bear.

The question is - did Erin research college finaid herself or her Dad did it for her?
