I’m just curious. The Ivies are releasing their decisions on March 30, which is in three weeks. Have their admissions committees already made the majority of their decisions? My guidance counselor is about to send them my most recent grades (not too different from my previous ones), but I’m not sure if they’ll even be taken into account.
March 31 is Ivy day not the 30, and no one knows the exact inner workings of the Ivies. Most decisions are probably finalized at this point if not all. Even if yours isn’t, just in general for any college this is late to send an update. There is a slim chance it will make a difference. I wouldn’t say do not send them because none of us know for sure, but I don’t think grades that are similar to what you have already achieved will make a difference.
Nobody knows, @theidoit , and there’s no reason not to send them. The worst case scenario is they’ll be ignored, which is the same as not sending them.
