<p>The Ivies do not give athletic or merit scholarships. They only provide need based FA. Your best bet would be to ask for an early read so that you have some sort of idea as to how much your family’s EFC is going to be.</p>

<p>If money is going to be an issue, than OP would be better served if she attended a non-ivy school where she would be eligible for an athletic scholarship regardless of income. If she does get a likely letter for an ivy, depending on her EFC (which will be a combination of income/assets) she will have to pay something. In addition there will still be a student contribution that the student will have to fulfill. So essentially there is no suchthing as a free ride, even from the ivies.</p>
