I'm a current high school Junior with a 3.93 cumulative GPA at an elite private prep school in Colorado. I'm really into musical theater/drama, and have been involved in all of my school's productions and some professional shows outside. I'm currently taking Honors Physics, Honors Pre-calculus, Honors Shakespearean Tragedy, Honors World War 1 and AP Spanish Literature. This trimester, I had a 4.11 GPA. Last year I got a 5 on my AP Spanish Language exam, and was in a professional show in Denver. I am also a runner and have done some half-marathons, but not affiliated with school. I volunteer once a week at a place called Warren Village where I tutor ESL students (and have done so for 2 years). However, I only got a 680 on my SAT Spanish Subject Test. I have yet to take the SAT or ACT, so I don't know my scores. Also, my dad went to Yale.

What are my chances of getting into an Ivy League school? Specifically Yale??

You really do need some standardized test scores to properly “chance” you, as limabeans has stated. Also, I agree that from the info that you have given us, SCEA @ Yale might be the best option for you if Yale is your favorite school that you want to attend. Idk if I would apply solely from the alumni connection, but I’m sure many others do.

If you have a hard course rigor (within context of your school), high rank, continue getting high grades, write stellar essays, find good writers who will write insightful rec letters, have extensive time dedicated to certain ECs, and received impressive awards, then you stand a solid chance of getting into any top tier, selective school. Or at least as good a chance as most other applicants. Good luck :)

as others have said, it is hard to tell without any sat scores, and i would try to take some more ap classes next year to show that you are working hard. yale seems to be your best option since you are a legacy there, but it is probably still a big(ish) reach.
