Ivy Level SAT

What SAT range would be sufficient for the Ivy league?

Well there is no real “ivy level” sat score, but generally something above 2200 is considered competitive and something above 2300 is considered a good base score for the most competitive ivies (Harvard/Yale/Princeton). However, don’t ever think you can’t get into an ivy because your sat is too low; for example, I have a friend who got into UPenn Wharton with a 2180 (however, she was valedictorian and had great ECs).

2100+ will get you in the mid 50 percentile at most top schools.

If you are serious, you should aim for 2250+

anything above a 2100 is fine it won’t hurt you, above 2300 will make you stand out (very slightly)
