I used this one essay for all of my Ivy schools’ essays, and I just found a grammatical mistake on one of the sentences
it goes “If I had the mindset that I had now”, I know I should have put down “Have now”, not “had now”
Is it going to affect the admission chance a lot? I mean it’s Ivy League, so I’m worried.
oh my goodness noooo lol do not worry at all. I’m also applying to about 4-5 Ivies and 3 other top 20’s and I had a few mistakes in my essays. As long as it flows and has only a couple minor errors they won’t care. The Admissions Officers aren’t dragons, they know we’re all human. Don’t even worry.
If it helps, I know my best friend/classmate got into Stanford a few months ago and she had like 1-2 grammatical errors in her essay. Don’t even stress
@Labonvie I shouldn’t even bother to email them? I mean the mistake is clear to see. My CR and Writing scores are 670 too…
lol noooo it’s NOT that serious. I’m not even kidding! don’t worry about emailing them!
