<p>Hey guys. If it were up to you, would you pass up a school like stanford, princeton, upenn, etc. to go to Miami's bs/md? The advantages of the bs/md that I see are: guaranteed acceptance (of course), weather, HOT girls. What's your take on this? I'm sure a lot of people have asked on other threads about ivy vs bs/md. But I'm talkin specifically UMiami. Help a brother out!</p>

<p>my opinion, southern, is that i would choose brown PLME over umiami hpme, but thats probably the only one.</p>

<p>both have hpme...idk, i'd prolly take yale, harvard, penn, or stanford over miami's hpme just because i wanna get familiarized w/their med schools to apply pre-med which are among the best in the country and hold significant weight when matching for residencies....</p>
<p>umiami has an "Honors Program in Medicine"....but no one calls it HPME..that's reserved for NW</p>
