I'm Chinese but I love Chinese. I suppose that hurts me. :\ (there aren't really any national competitions for chinese..)

hate ur satII scores… =[

in all seriousness though u look like a great candidate.
so ur cum. gpa is 4.0? and what is ur SAT score broken down for ur best test in one sitting (aka NO superscore?)

I normally hate saying somebody’s EC’s are weak, but they are a little weak - relative to YOUR standards and other HYPS candidates, that is. But still, you have the numbers and the schedule rigor. Also, I don’t know how much all the Chinese awards are going to help you, since you are Chinese - then again, I guess it can be seen equivalent to an American student winning a prestigious English essay contest.

But since my opinions don’t matter, good job and good luck.

Your numbers/ course rigor looks good, but your ECs lack a certain ‘theme’.
it looks like you joined anything and everything to pad up your resume.
