@AegonTargaryen18 @jeffrandell Have you guys decided if you’ll be attending?
@AegonTargaryen18 Did you have prior research experience?
No, I actually won’t be attending. I got into RSI as well, so I’ll be going to that instead.
Congrats on both!
@Esguito I did have prior research experience; I did an astronomy project last year that got me to ISEF, and I’m doing a math research project right now. Also, thanks @runnin3bio !!
Thanks, congrats!
I GOT IN!!
@runnin3bio Congratulations !!!
Are there any undergraduate students here that have heard back?
@jeffrandell By rolling basis, does this simply mean as they go through the applications or by the time you submitted the application - or both? Thanks!
Hey congrats @runnin3bio !!!
@CelestiaGoldfish it only means they notify you if you get in soon after reviewing your application
@JohnyFromChicago yeah I accepted a few days ago. It’s funny bc I applied to like 10 similar programs
Any acceptances this week?
I haven’t received anything. I am wondering if perhaps we should contact them. Does anyone know if they are still reaching decisions?
They are! When I confirmed my acceptance, they said that they would reach us in April because they would still be making decisions into late March and want to tell everyone the information when they got the whole class. Good luck!
@runnin3bio Will we know by March 31 if we get accepted into the program or not? I haven’t received an email yet.
Got accepted! I have been communicating via email with the program director, he let me know that they’ll send an official award letter soon.
- High school senior
- OK grades
- Prior lab experience
- Great recommenders (both were from phd students I worked under in lab)
Do you remember when you submitted your application? Since it’s on a rolling basis it would be helpful to know how far they are based on that
Yes, can someone reply in this as to when they submitted their application? I am curious how they are going about the acceptance policy.
