<p>I was wondering how much do you guys think the Jacobs Scholarships give. Has anyone gotten it?</p>
<p>I got a likely letter saying I'm a finalist... but I have no idea.</p>
<p>How many people per year actually get it? What percentage of "finalists" ultimately qualify?</p>
<p>It replaces a maximum of 4,000 dollars. Since loans cap at 3000 for people with incomes from 60,000 to 120,000 this year, loans should be fully covered.</p>
<p>And I'm pretty sure everyone who is a "finalist" gets it -- but I didn't ask everyone who got a letter since I didn't know them all, obviously. I'd say it's about 15-20? for each of Jacobs and McMullen scholarship (judging from amount of people at reception this year).</p>
