<p>Just a question....when do Jan 10 applicants start receiving decisions? And are decisions sent to international applicants by DHL?</p>
<p>I'm assuming that Jan. 10 applicants receive decisions throughout March, along with many of the scholarship deadline applications. I don't know much about international applicants though. Sorry!</p>
