<p>Has anyone who submitted their application on Jan 3 found out/encountered anything that says it was past the deadline of Jan 1 or is Jan 3 still ok?</p>

<p>If you applied Jan 3rd, it'll be autorejected and you should withdraw your app immediately! This advice is for your own good.</p>

<p>i submitted mine at 11:43 PM on the 3rd...was SO fortunate to have realised that the deadline was not 12 pm. I would have been screwed otherwise. As soon as it turned 11:45, "The deadline has passed" message popped up next to the cofirmation of the submission of each part of the app.</p>
<p>sure thing. i applied on 1/2 my time, but it turned out to say 1/3 on my application submitted because i sent it in at 10 pm pst. the only reason i didn't wait until 11:45 was because i had to write the same essay for another school (pomona) that was due on 1/2. i'm a really bad procrastinator!</p>
<p>i called brown on the 5th and they confirmed that you had up until the 3rd to submit it, so we can just relax! until april 1st i guess. but that day will hopefully be a celebration party! :)</p>

<p>11:59:51 PM EST, Nov. 1 (ED Princeton)
11:57:31 PM EST Yale (Dec.31, deadline)
11:57:00 PM Illiniois, Northwestern, Jan.1
11:43:00 PM EST Brown (Jan. 3rd, deadline 11:45)</p>
<p>The only two apps I submitted in decent time were Penn and Cornell which were both 3-4 hours in time :p</p>
<p>Haha that's so funny. You probably got me beat because I turned in my Brown app almost 24 hours before, but I still wasn't sure if I was turning it in a day late, so maybe I can still get points for that. :)
On my deadline for UW Honors, I got to the post office parking lot at 4:59 and had to park really far away and had to book it across this humongous lot to get to the post office. I got there at 5:04 but I got it in right as they were about to close the gate--and they still gave me a postmark for that day. That was my most exciting deadline, with all the running and everything.
Well it's almost 2 am and I still have to write 2 essays, so I'm glad I could write this long post about my procrastinating, haha.</p>
