Jan. SAT scores are in...UH OH.

Okay, so I'm a little worried. I sent in all my applications in early November having taken the SAT Reasoning only twice, so I thought, "Hey, I can do better! I might as well give it one last shot because most people take them three times." Well, that was stupid. I resent these January SAT scores (without knowing my scores beforehand) and I did horrible...sort of. I stayed the same in my cr, dropped 10 in my math, and dropped a whopping 70 points in my writing. Do colleges really only look at your top scores, or should I be worried that this will affect admissions decisions?

Atleast your not the only one who got screwed up in Jan SAT math section, I went down 20 points :( but i went up 80 points in CR and 10 in writing :)

They look at your highest scores. Don't worry. They don't really care how many times you take it unless you take the SAT like 10 times. Yeah, but they're going to look at your best scores and disregard the others.

O.o :O...........

highest scores only. Relaxxxxxxxxxxx (Although they do look at how many times you have taken it)(Meaning, taking SAT 6 times will look fishy)

okay good, good. thanks. no, i only took it 3 times, so I should be safe! this is a relief.
