Does anyone else feel completely cheated? Apparently missing one was 790. Isn't there some rule that says 67 raw score is always 800?

Yeah, I got a raw score of 51 (bad, I know) but only got 610. Shouldn’t it be 620+?
Same for Writing. Missed 4 but only a 66 on MC? Shouldn’t it be at least 68?
Don’t know if I’m expecting too much, though…

You only missed one and didn’t get 800? That’s absurd.

Yes. I missed 1 question on writing and got a mc score of 75!

Missed 4 on CR and I got a 720! The average is for that to be a 760. I feel cheated

9 incorrect was 650 on CR c:

Apparently, the curve was much harsher in the U.S. compared to the international.

9 incorrect on CR international was 670
1 incorrect on MC was 77 international

I got 4 wrong on math and got a 710 :(

haha yeah i got 1 wrong on the mc and it was a 790. if you look, one wrong is always a 800 lol http://www.erikthered.com/tutor/SAT-Released-Test-Curves.pdf
i guess this was the easiest cr in the history of the sat

My score is not yet available and I am freaked out by this talk. >.> By the looks of it I did horrible.

I got 16 wrong on CR and got 580. And I missed 10 on Writing and got a 610.

Yeah the curves all sucked…Missed 1 in Writing, got 720 (also had an 8 essay though
), and missed 3 in CR for a 730 (usually AT LEAST 750).

Friend got 5 W for a 710. So, this was the harshest CR curve…ever? I don’t think -1 has ever been anything less than an 800.

Here is a partial reconstruction of the U.S. curve for CR based on testimonies in this thread:

Raw – Scaled
67 – 800
66 – 790
65 –
64 –
63 – 730
62 – 720
61 – 710

i’m actually so ****ed right now. Got 1 wrong on each section and got 770 math, 790 CR, and 720 writing (albeit with an 8 essay). This is some BS

so was this the easiest SAT ever or something?

All the scales were especially harsh! 3 wrong on writing with 10 on essay was a 710. Isn’t that usually closer to 730? I definitely feel cheated on the CR and Writing (and the math too because I got less questions wrong for math this time but got the same score as December test)!

I got 2030 in January, but I’m not sure if I have been hard done by given the SAT curve lol. Was going into the SAT with a 2150-2200 for sure given tons of practice.
Not sure if I should do it again on the next sitting to get a higher score with a nicer curve? I am an international and I felt I was hard done by given the comments on this forum

Cheers

Writing -2, 10 essay was 750
I screwed up CR and Math sooo badly. If there had been a better curve I MAYBE could have gotten 2000+
eh, did way better than expected on writing tho…

Missed 5 omit 1, 710. I was feeling maybe a 730, since usually 2 wrong is still an 800?

(i took the international exam if that helps.)

Got 3 Wrong in the CR section for a 740
2 Wrong in the Math for a 740
3 Wrong with 8 in essay for a 690 in Writing

I feel EXACTLY the same way you do. I missed 1 on CR too, and before the score report came out I thought i had missed at least 2-3, because missing one has ALWAYS been an 800. It didn’t help that I got a perfect on writing MC and a 9 on essay and got another 790…
