Hey guys!

I'm planning on resitting my SAT exam on the 25th of January. The next test is in a few days and I don't think I'm all that prepared for it. I know that some universities consider January to be the last acceptable SAT test take date and others consider it to be December (for RD).

I have a couple of questions:

Will the university that waits for the Jan SAT grades make their decision using my Dec SAT grades since waiting for the other SAT results would take a while. I've emailed the admission committee but I haven't received a reply yet.

Regarding the universities that consider December as the last SAT test take date, if I emailed them, would they reconsider given my circumstances? I know it might seem like a silly question, but I was going through the forums and someone seems to have done it and it apparently worked. I'm still a little doubtful about it since it happened over five years ago.

If I score lower than I did in December (an unlikely scenario) will CollegeBoard realise this and only send in my higher score (Dec) or will they go ahead anyway and email the lower score (Jan)?

I forgot to mention that I am an international student but I'm willing to use 'Rush Reporting' which seems to be a way to send SAT scores faster. And before you ask, yes, I do believe I need a resit. I'm planning to do a lot better the next time I sit the test.

Thanks in advance!
