@asiankid88 same here for the brothers
@asiankid88 I picked competing because a few lines down it talked about how they always argued which was best, Mozart or Beethoven (something like that)
@Vedant12 How many other questions do you remember for reading? By all means, list them out haha. I really need them
@Janice1019 yeah that crossed my mind… but then again it seemed more appropriate than “uncomprehending” so I went with it
@Vedant12 What did you get for the blues question
How much do you think I will get with say, -2 in writing with an 11 on the essay, -3 in CR and -2 in math?
I put down the one that said they something about different/ contrasting emotions/ methods of playing the piano
Also, did anyone else get only 3 no errors in the 35 questions writing section or was it just me?
Do you guys think maybe 1~2 wrong on the CR would still be a 800?
@homersimpson123 you’re probably fine… it would be in the 2200-2300 range
@Janice1019 Yeah, the curve for CR is better
@Janice1019 pre sure 1-2 wrong will still be 800
- What is the purpose of the final paragraph of passage 2 (about athletes)?
- Which of the following would the guy who shook the shoulders of the scientist be most offended?
- Flush and flush meaning (calligraphy)
- The different ways she used to paint the orchid
The passage about appreciating the artist was the experimental one right? And what was the answer to the question in which they asked us the number of ways to arrange x in a box?
@Aegon6
- the birds using magnetic fields stuff
- elated and abashed
- studied and spontaneous
i think these were my choices
For the flush one I put elated and I forgot the second word but something negative and for the orchid I put like studied vs spontaneous? something like that
@homersimpson123 there were 6 possible ways
In the Chinese calligraphy one… what did you guys choose for the following:
- what did the part in the passage about the girl's sewing/embroidery convey?
- From the passage, what can you conclude about the drawing skills of the girl?
- In context of the passage, how do you think the girl reacted to the praise of her husband?
@homersimpson123 i chose 6 for that
I too put studied vs spontaneous.
