January 28th SAT

^ yup it is 5AM EST and good luck man you prob did better than you expected.

Haha, I will still be doing that anyway :P

you’d think that having done the SAT twice already, waiting for the results would be easy but nope it’s not! lol aahhhh 11 more days

Best case
720 Cr
720 M
740 W

Worst Case

660 Cr
680 M
680 W

799875 seconds until the scores are released!

Best case
800 M
800 W
740 CR

Worst case
760 M
730 W
680 CR

Man, waiting for those scores is nerve-wracking!

Yeah, I know!

723457 seconds…

^ hahaha thanks for adding to my anxiety.

Glad I could help; I consider it my role in life :)

Anyone else are waiting for these scores because they are SUPER important in regards to summer program applications? Deadlines for summer research are seriously around the corner, so these scores are pretty much a “this is it” kind of thing until I retest for college apps.

Eek, about 32 hours. I’m setting my alarm for 4:59 am on Thursday and setting my iPod right next to my bed to check, haha. Although I probably won’t end up doing it, I’ll try :P

^ my plan exactly!!! get up, check it:

if its good, get up and celebrate!!!
-if its bad, cry myself to back sleep LOL!

Give or take about 30 hours until scores!
That’s gonna be a good day, get SAT scores (feels like it’s been forever >_>) and get out of school for jazz band.
Assuming my SAT scores were good, of course. =P

SO WHAT DID YOU GUYS GET!?

It’s 5:01 here and I just checked… 2240 for me (2nd time, got a 2090 the first time).

So happy right now… I kinda wanted a 2250+ but I got an 800 on math and I’m a prospective engineering student so I’ll take it.

Individual categories were 800 M, 700 R, 740 W. Stupid reading… oh well ;)

This is ridiculous… made some hella stupid mistakes in math. What I thought would be an 800 in my easiest sectioned turned out to be a god damn 720…

Ended up with a 2260. Time to retake this ****.

750
720
790

Highest single score: 2270
Superscore: 2350

…

2220, pretty happy with that

800CR
700M
720W

1950 - Right around what I hoped for, and a CR+math score that is just 10 points over what I need.
CR: 670
Math: 660
Writing: 620

Funny, math is usually my best subject, but I think I had to skip a couple problems, whereas I answered all CR questions.

I did terrible, but it was my first time. I got a 1520. I need to take it again but I KNOW i’m not ready to take it in march, probably June. Does anyone have any tips for me so I can do better next time? I would like to have at least a 1900, and if I could get a 2000 that would be a miracle. I have the SAT book it’s just that I didn’t study it at all before I took this test. Please help, study plan would be really nice. Thanks.
CR 580
Math 440
Writing 500

2150!

CR 690
M 720
W 740 (MC 78/80, E 8/12–gotta practice more!)

My goal was to get 700+ on each section. I didn’t reach it because of CR (690! ah!), but it’s close enough that I’m pleased with my scores. :]
