So I'm going to do the January SAT II and I haven't started studying at all yet. However I have these 2 free weeks of break to cram! I'm currently in Spanish 4 as a junior and I've passed Spanish 1,2,3 with really high A's. I have the Princeton Review prep book and I'm going to study out of the Barron's one too. So do you have any suggestions for a non native speaker? Which prep books are best and which topics should I stress more on (ie vocab, verb tenses, grammar structure) I also heard getting as much Spanish media influence in as possible is good, but does that seriously make a big difference?

Princeton Review is awesome!!!

i studied French using it, and some of the questions were the same as in the exam.

i say:
1. memorize a ton of vocab...
2. study some grammar rules and agreements
3. read the questions before attempting to read the passages.
4. if you see the exact same sentence in a passage as in the question, DO NOT choose it.
5. pace yourself...its 85 questions in only 60 mins

I am a native speaker, and I did get an 800, but I think you may be ready for a 700+, and remember, the most important thing for you to do right now is grammar...its the most predictable, followed by a little of vocabulary (preferably the words from PR)!!!

Good luck!

wow thank you so much!
