January SAT test date question. Help!!

I would like to know if the following colleges accept the Jan SAT test date:

Cornell Univ
Johns Hopkins Univ

Thanks!

also for Yale?

bump. i need to know this too

I have called both cornell and johns hopkins
cornell definitely accepts January
johns hopkins accepts January but it is not guaranteed

^ really? but on their undergraduate admission view book or smth on page 57 if i remember correctly it says December is the last date to take SAT reasoning & subject. I would like to call them but as an US living abroad, the time difference!!

I called Cornell, they accept the score but does not gurantee that it will be on time.

Yale accepts Jan score with no caveat. Cornell and JHU accept it with caveat that they can't guarantee it will arrive in time to be considered.

i emailed them and they said "Students are welcome to submit these scores, but we can't assure they will arrive in time to be reviewed with your application. "

What does this mean exactly? Should i sign up for the Jan. test? I want to increase my SAT Subject test score for Cornell

Would they think that we can't manage our time well? lol thanks!

It simply means that they review applications for admission over a period of time, probably starting in February, and if they happen to get to your file and make a final decision on you before test score arrives, it will not be considered.

do SAT scores have to be sent in by the application deadline? some schools that i have called say that they will wait for my sat score to be sent even if it is past the application deadline.

how about stanford?
