Hi! I was selected for a regional interview for the UVA Jefferson Scholarship. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on the interview process. What can I expect from the interviewers? This is my first interview, and I am incredibly nervous. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
I imagine it varies according to your regional evaluators. Seems like each region sets it up differently. My daughter interviewed in MD…first round was in front of 3 evaluators. She said that they seemed well versed in her application, essays, etc…that interview was more esoteric questions and her opinion on things…as opposed to her reiterating resume, credentials, etc . Second regional round for her is more in-depth interview with all 12 committee members interviewing her. Good luck and congratulations on this achievement!
Thank you! Congratulations to the two of you!
