<p>I'm a Jefferson Scholarship Nominee from Pennsylvania. I have not had my interview yet and I don't know when it is scheduled. Is anyone else a Jefferson Scholarship Nominee this year? Does anyone have any more information on these interviews?</p>

<p>Hey I’m in the same boat - I emailed the foundation a few days ago and they said that notification would be coming shortly. They didn’t provide much else detail. Best of luck tho haha</p>

<p>My letter that said I am advancing was postmarked December 24th. I got it yesterday. </p>

<p>if you move on to the next round for the Jefferson scholarship, do you think there is a higher chance of getting into UVA? Like is there any correlation? </p>

<p>Does anyone know when the Jefferson weekend is? My son was notified Friday he will be scheduled for a regional interview.</p>

<p>@ineversleep‌ If you make it to the Finalist weekend, you are automatically accepted into UVa. Anything before that has no effect on your UVa admissions.</p>

<p>@MnMom56‌ Based on the Jefferson Scholars Foundation’s website, the weekend will be March 26-30.</p>

I’m still waiting as well - I’m hoping there was an increase in applicants this year so the process of selection is taking longer than expected @LoudounMom‌

Oh hey - to OP - I’m also from PA!

Did not get any kind of info yet regarding advancement or interviews - I’m sure they will come out soon! I wouldn’t be surprised if they were phased out throughout January!

Have a question though, would one be notified if you did NOT advance?

My daughter received an email on 12/24 I believe, but she did not see it until two days ago when she found it in her junk mail!
